Terms of Use

Last updated: April 20, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the EnrollmentCoachPro website at enrollmentcoachpro.com (the "Site") and the early-access signup form. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

EnrollmentCoachPro is an educational service. We are not an insurance producer, we do not sell insurance products, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare or any government agency.

1. Who we are

"EnrollmentCoachPro," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of this Site. EnrollmentCoachPro provides educational support for the pre-sale enrollment portion of Medicare appointments — Part A, Part B, and Part D education — and does not sell Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, or any other commissionable insurance product.

2. Not insurance, legal, or tax advice

Information on the Site is for general educational purposes only. It is not insurance advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to enroll in any particular plan. You should consult a licensed insurance broker, attorney, or tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

3. Eligibility

The Site and the early-access form are intended for licensed insurance brokers and agency professionals in the United States. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to provide the information you submit.

4. Accuracy of information you submit

When you use the early-access form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping that information up to date. Submitting false or misleading information may result in removal from our list.

5. Communications consent

By submitting the early-access form, you expressly consent to receive communications from EnrollmentCoachPro at the email address and phone number you provide. These communications may include emails, phone calls, and SMS text messages related to our launch, product updates, and relevant broker-facing news.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by EnrollmentCoachPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share the Site in the ordinary course of evaluating our services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services (including Supabase, Vercel, and GitHub) to operate. Your use of the Site may be subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices in addition to ours.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnrollmentCoachPro disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnrollmentCoachPro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnrollmentCoachPro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions through the form, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EnrollmentCoachPro is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
